TERMS Remote Data Systems, Inc. ships open-account with qualified customer Purchase Orders and approved credit. Standard payment terms are Net 30. Deposit may be required for orders exceeding $10,000. We also accept Visa and MasterCard. Shipments are FOB manufacturer’s USA point of origin; shipping and insurance cost is pre-paid by Remote Data Systems, Inc. and added to the Invoice. All federal, state or local taxes, tariffs and fees are extra and the responsibility of the customer. RETURNS Before returning products for repair or credit, please call Remote Data Systems Sales/Support to receive a Return Authorization number.
